The Studio

Details

At 981 sq ft, the space is large with lots of shooting options! The front room is painted white from floor to ceiling and has two large windows allowing lots of natural light. There’s a small kitchen, dressing room, bathroom, and back room I use as my office, but can be used as a space for photography as well. The back room has no windows, so can be a great space for more controlled artificial light.

Folding couch is available for use as is, or can be laid flat and covered with white sheets and pillows for faux bed set up.

Studio Rules

• Don’t flash the neighbors! The studio is ground level within an apartment community, though I’m fine with nude content within the studio, please keep curtains and blinds at an angle where nude content can’t be seen from street view.

• Keep front door locked while shooting. My business is by appointment only, but you never know when someone may try to walk in anyway. Please keep front door locked to avoid any potential interruptions.

• After shooting, put things back where you found them. Everything in the studio is lightweight and moveable, feel free to create your set however you like, but please move things back when you’re done.

• Be respectful of time. Please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes before or stay more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time slot. If while shooting you realize you’d like more time, feel free to ask and I will always accommodate if I can
